the room was spacious i got a lovely balcony too. the staff was always friendly and ready to help especially david he saved the day by assisting with an early check in i arrived early due to my flight schedule. the beds were comfortable and the room felt nice and warm.
i encountered an issue with a small shower box , made showering a bit cramped.

my room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it was bright and clean. blackout curtains kept the room dark for good sleep the room included a mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks.

the room was very clean the staff provided complementary water every day. the reception staff was helpful i appreciated their quick assistance during check in.

The room i booked (double or twin room) seemed smaller than advertised. also, the soundproofing was not great. I could hear street noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. these issues detracted from what could have been a more restful experience. the breakfast area felt crowded during peak hours. there was often a wait for a table, and the replenishment of some food items was slow (a minor inconvenience, i admit).
